Membership
NECOH is welcoming its founding members. Membership is open to people in good standing with the American Kennel Club who share the club’s mission.
How membership works
- Memberships
- Individual or household. A household membership covers two adults living at the same address.
- Dues
- Waived for founding members during the club’s first membership year. Future dues will be set by the elected Board of Directors and approved by the membership.
- Founding members
- Those admitted to membership on or before the date of the club’s first annual meeting.
- Membership year
- January 1 through December 31.
- Sponsors
- Two sponsors who are members in good standing. Sponsorship may be waived for founding members at the discretion of the organizing committee.
Apply online
The application asks for your contact details, your interests in the breed, and any roles you have held on AKC event committees. That event experience helps the club document what the AKC looks for in a new club.
